Terms & Conditions

Last updated 10 July 2026

These terms govern your use of committedachievers.com (the "Platform"), operated by Committed Achievers Academy, a sole proprietorship of Rajalakshmi Ramesh ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a subject, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What we are, and what we are not

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected in any way with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). "CA Foundation", "CA Intermediate", "CA Final" and similar terms are used only to describe the examinations for which our material prepares you. All ICAI names, marks and publications remain the property of ICAI.

Marks awarded on this Platform are generated by artificial intelligence and are indicative guidance only. They are not an official ICAI evaluation, carry no weight with ICAI, and do not predict your result in any ICAI examination. AI evaluation can be, and sometimes is, wrong.

2. Eligibility, and students under 18

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with us. Many candidates preparing for the CA Foundation are younger than that.

If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only through a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian enters into these terms in their own name and on the minor's behalf, and must make any payment from their own payment instrument.

Every student declares a date of birth at registration. If the student is a minor, we ask for the guardian's own email address and send a consent request to it. The account is restricted until the guardian confirms from that inbox: the student may use the free chapters, but cannot upload an answer script for evaluation and cannot purchase a subject. See the Privacy Policy for what we record.

We do not knowingly permit a minor to contract with us directly. If we learn that a date of birth was misdeclared, or that consent was given by someone who is not the parent or guardian, we may suspend the account and refund any unused subject. A guardian may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will restrict the account and delete the student's data on request.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your login credentials secret.
  • An account is for one individual. Do not share it, resell access, or use it on behalf of a coaching institute.
  • Give us accurate registration details and keep them current.

4. Access to subjects, and payment

Access is sold per subject. Prices are shown on the Platform before you pay and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a subject you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. Access is granted once we receive confirmation of a successful payment.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Our content, and how you may use it

Question papers, model answers, notes, explanations and evaluation reports on the Platform are our intellectual property or are licensed to us. On payment you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own examination preparation.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, distribute or sell any part of the content;
  • share it with any other person, coaching institute or online group;
  • use automated means to scrape, download in bulk, or extract the question bank;
  • use the content, or output derived from it, to train a machine-learning model.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this clause, without refund.

6. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the answer scripts and other material you upload. You grant us the limited right to store, reproduce and process them for the purpose of evaluating them and giving you feedback, and to process them in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the Platform.

You must not upload anything that infringes a third party's copyright, including scanned pages of ICAI study material or another publisher's book.

Your uploaded scripts are processed by third-party artificial-intelligence providers, whose servers may be located outside India. By uploading a script you consent to that transfer and processing. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may add, change or withdraw features. AI evaluation depends on third-party providers and may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for your examination results, for any decision you take on the strength of an AI-generated mark or comment, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or payment reversal, or if required by law. Where we terminate for breach, no refund is due.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The current version always sits at this URL with its "last updated" date. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you by email or on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.

11. Grievances

Write to help@committedachievers.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month. Full details, including our Grievance Officer, are on the Contact page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
