We sell access to digital study material. Once you have looked at it, we cannot take it back. So the rule is simple, and we would rather you understood it before you pay than after.
Unused subject, full refund. If you have not accessed any part of a subject you paid for, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full.
Once you access it, no refund. A subject counts as accessed the moment you do any of the following, even once:
There is no partial refund and no pro-rata refund after that point.
We are strict about this because the entire value of a subject is delivered the instant you can see it. If you ask for a refund we will check the activity recorded on your account, and we will tell you what we find.
You do not have to take our word for the quality. A ₹10 one-hour trial opens a subject's question bank and notes so you can judge the material for yourself before buying the full subject. We would rather you used the trial than requested a refund later.
Prices are shown on the Platform before payment and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
₹10 opens one subject's question bank and notes for one hour, so you can judge the material before paying for it. Please read what it is and is not:
The ₹10 is not adjusted against the price of the full subject.
Regardless of the rule above, you get your money back if:
If the AI evaluation service is unavailable for a sustained period and you paid principally for evaluation, write to us. We will look at your case on its facts.
Access to a subject is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing recurring to cancel and nothing will be auto-debited. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of an accessed subject.
Email help@committedachievers.com from the address on your account, with the subject name and the date of payment.
If you think you have been wrongly charged, please write to us first. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us costs us a fee even when the payment was legitimate, and we may suspend the account while the bank investigates.
Escalate to our Grievance Officer, whose details are on the Contact page. If we still cannot resolve it, you may approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by Indian law, with the courts at Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
